Signing the agreement were Mozambican Foreign Minister Alcinda Abreu, and her visiting counterpart. Joao Miranda.
Speaking to reporters Abreu said that before signing the agreement, the two ministers had reviewed the relations between their countries, and the regional and international situation.
Abreu said that in the last two years there had been advances in relations between Mozambique and Angola, expressed in separate agreements on youth and sports, public works and housing and fisheries.
For his part Miranda said that, despite the traditional friendly relations at political level, "our economic cooperation barely exists, apart from some fishery exports".
