Nakosso – The Niassa Business Centre

Nakosso, or the Niassa Business Centre, was created under a joint programme of the Government of Mozambique and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) for the support to the private sector in the Niassa Province. One of the goals of the programme is to contribute to the improvement of the business environment, in order to attract more investment and precipitate the development of this province.

Nakosso focus on giving,

• Business Information Services,
• Legal Services, and
• Ombudsman Services.

This will help you when looking for business opportunities in Niassa, if you are setting up your own business (for example within the fields of mining, agriculture, farming, etc), or when you need to address a conflict with a governmental institution.

The Nakosso team operates from Lichinga and Cuamba in Niassa, but also from Maputo.
